- Material & Dimensional Accuracy:Equipped with Particle Size Analyzers, 2D Measuring Machines and Laser Thickness Gauges to ensure raw material purity and assembly fit with a zero tolerance of 0.5mm.
- Chemical Stability Control: Karl Fischer Moisture Titrators and High-Precision Electronic Balances are used to strictly control internal moisture at the ppm level and prevent cell swelling.
- Electrical Safety & Compatibility:100% automatic sorting and testing via Insulation Resistance Testers to avoid short circuits and ensure stable discharge curves.
